These terms apply to your use of mailverodigital.com and to email marketing services provided by Mailvero Digital, a sole proprietorship ("we", "us").

Services

We provide email marketing services such as campaign management, automation, list management, template design, deliverability support and reporting. The scope, deliverables and fees for each engagement are set out in a written quote, proposal or invoice agreed with the client.

Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and timely approvals.
• Only supply subscriber lists that were collected with appropriate consent.
• Ensure campaign content is lawful and not misleading, and that it includes required sender identification and unsubscribe options.

Acceptable use

We do not send spam or unsolicited bulk email, and we will not work with purchased, rented or scraped lists. We may pause or decline work that violates applicable law or email platform policies, including CAN-SPAM and similar regulations.

Fees and payment

Fees are as stated in the agreed quote or invoice and are payable by the due date shown. Invoices are issued in the name of Mailvero Digital.

Ownership

Clients retain ownership of their subscriber data, brand assets and final deliverables once fees are paid in full.

No guarantee of results

Email performance depends on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific open rates, click rates or revenue.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
